What is a mother, how could we describe,

Someone who keeps us happy and live.

What is a mother, how could we explain,

Someone who will listen to us complain.

What is a mother, who could make clear,

Someone who comforts us and destroys what we fear.

What is a mother, who would know, who could say,

Why she helps and stays around every single day.

What is a mother, only a true hero,

Who will take us anywhere we want to go.

What is a mother, only a monk at heart,

Because she has the patience to be there from the start.

What is a mother, only someone like the sun,

Who radiates laughter, happiness, and fun.

What is a mother, a mind reader indeed,

Who knows and can treat our very need.

What is a mother, a true teacher,

Who is willing to educate us over and over.

My mother does so much to help me grow,
