A president, a president, what does he do,

He helps our country and makes us happier too,

A president, a president, why is he important,

He controls the money the government has spent,

A president, a president, why should he be praised,

Because he is to help us when our nation’s in a haze,

A president, a president, why should we celebrate,

Because he is what makes our nation so great,

A president, a president, why does he have his own day,

Because he tries his best to make sure that his country is okay,

A president, a president, there has been so many in history,

Who has helped us gain justice, freedom, and liberty,

So presidents, oh presidents, we appreciate all that you've done,

That helps makes this nation work and run.
