Writer's Block

The poem that I will share today is one that I wrote with my friend. I hope you enjoy it, and as always please feel free to comment.

Writer's Block

Trying to find a poem to write, 

I am having no success,

I hope I will find the light,

To brighten this bleak mess.

Unfortunately, for me,

Brainstorming will not work,

But we will see,

If I can fix this terrible quirk.

So here I am thinking,

But I am at a loss,

Cause all my thoughts are sinking,

And all my ideas, I toss.

Just sitting here wishing,

Something would come to mind,

I am just fishing,

For some ideas to find.

Writing poems is no fun,

I always find it such a bore,

Now I realize I am done,

I hope you don't want anymore.
