Greater Flamingo

This is my June Endangered Animal Poem. I hope you will enjoy reading it.

Greater Flamingo

They only live in warm water,

They have feathers instead of fur,

The greater flamingos have bills that are black,

They do not attack,

They only feed on shrimp and krill,

Their mouths are called bills,

They are always pink and tall,

And you almost never see them small,

They have very long legs,

They are endangered because people steal their eggs,

Their water was polluted and taken away,

But people are trying to help them this very day.
