Halloween Poem

Halloween Poem

The lights were on in the haunted house,
And all was quiet like a mouse,
And then you heard the wind’s loud howl,
The tombstones made a sudden growl,
The stones shook and moved the ground,
And then came a loud cracking sound,
The earth as we now it began to break,
Could it be an earthquake,
Then zombies rose from where the tombstones stood,
Where they mean or where they good,
Then a flash was seen in the sky,
Where witches appeared on broomsticks up high,
They gave a loud cackle and zoomed down in a hurry,
They were going so fast that there shadows were blurry,
A ghost said boo,
Inside the house he flew,
And inside the house there were creatures unknown,
The house was definitely not alone,
And all of them want to say,
Happy Halloween have a good day.
