Merry Christmas Dad,

I didn’t get you anything so please don’t be mad,

I couldn’t decide what to get for you,

So please don’t feel blue,

I decided to write a poem myself,

I hope throughout the year you will have good health,

Merry Christmas, I love you very much,

When you read this poem I hope you will be touched,

You work so hard to give us a good life,

This way we can survive with no strife,

So Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year,

May your days be filled with happiness and good cheer.
